Terms and Conditions
Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday.
Check in from 4pm - Checkout by 10am.
A non refundable deposit of 20% is required. The balance is due 12 weeks before the holiday start date. Bookings made less than 12 weeks before the start date must be paid in full at the time of booking.
A security deposit of £100 is also required. This will be returned in full as long as the house has been left in the condition it was found.
We accept payment by cheque.
A maximum of 4 people are allowed to stay in the house at one time (excluding babies in cots).
We have 1 travel cot available, you will need to supply your own bed linen for the cot.
All bed linen, duvets, blankets,towels and face cloths are provided.
The house is strictly non-smoking.
No pets allowed.
Electricity & gas central heating and hot water are all included in the price.
When using Hot Tub, instructions must be followed at all times.
When leaving the property at the end of your stay, it must be left in the same condition as found upon arrival. Additional cleaning charges will be imposed depending on the state of the house.
When renting the property you are responsible for making it secure when left unoccupied during your stay.
Any damage caused to the house, contents and any missing items must be paid for.
Please have respect for the locals by not causing any disturbances and keeping noise to a minimum after 10pm.
Use of the holiday property is at the holidaymaker's own risk. No liability shall fall on the owners for any injury sustained during your stay or for loss of personal property belonging to the holidaymaker. We recommend that holiday insurance should be taken out.
The full price is due for cancelled holidays and although we will do our best to re-let the house we recommend that holiday cancellation insurance should also be taken out.
If for any reason beyond our control we are unable to provide the booked house we will refund all monies that you have paid in full and the holidaymaker's will have no further claim against the owners.
By signing the booking form and/or by making an email or telephone booking with deposit/payment made by cash or cheque you are deemed to have accepted these booking conditions and you must ensure that all members of your party understand and comply with these terms.
The owner reserves the right to demand the immediate departure of any holidaymaker not complying with the booking conditions or for any conduct detrimental to the property.
